The company with the name "DIMITRIADIS G. - KARAOGLANOGLOU S.O.E." with the distinctive title "D2K O.E. EAU DE BEAUTE" (hereinafter "the company") makes every effort for the smooth operation of the e-shop, however it does not provide guarantees for the proper operation of the website/server free from viruses and in general malicious software. Therefore, the company bears no responsibility for any damage caused to the Visitors by the use of the website. Any use of third-party websites linked to our company's website may expose visitors to viruses and malware, for which our company is not responsible. However, our company is entitled to interrupt access to a third-party website, if it becomes aware or determines in its own judgment that the third-party website violates the law and these terms.

However, the company is not responsible in the event that the characteristics or other content related to the products sold through this website are inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or in general with errors that cannot be foreseen or have occurred unintentionally or due to website downtime due to force majeure.

The inaccuracy of the data concerning the products and their defectiveness are the sole responsibility of the company's suppliers.

The company guarantees that it takes action to transport them as safely as possible.

3. ORDER PROCEDURE

The visitor and potential buyer prepares his order by adding the products he wishes to buy to the "SHOPPING BASKET".

After being asked to confirm the order, the shipping address of the products and the shipping address of the document/invoice and to unconditionally accept the terms of the sales contract, which are an integral part of this process, you are asked to pay by choosing one of the indicated payment methods in terms of the item sold and other costs.

Electronic transactions with the online store (sale, order, etc.) are governed by Law 2251/1994, as amended and in force. After the successful completion of the order, the buyer receives an online message from the company with details of his order and such as:

(b) price, quantity, VAT,

(c) method of payment and delivery

(d) right of withdrawal.

4. PRICING OF PRODUCTS

The prices of the products included in this website/website are final, and include VAT. These prices refer to the quantities available in our company's warehouse. Prices are freely adjusted by our company without notice. Prices for products that have been successfully ordered will not be adjusted.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

A. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

Payment by Credit Card: The eaudebeaute.gr online store accepts Visa & Mastercard credit cards. Your transactions in our online store are protected by the highest online security systems which guarantee a secure trading environment by the company "ETHNIKI TRAPEZA SA".

B. PAYMENT WITH REFUND:

Payment by cash on delivery may also take place. In this case, the consumer is additionally charged with the amount of 2.0 euros for the costs of this procedure. In addition, shipping costs of 3.50 euros are charged, i.e. a total charge of 5.50 euros with the cash on delivery procedure.

For payment by cash on delivery the following conditions apply: (a) the customer has the right to withdraw from the order before the delivery of the order to the transport company. Since the order has been delivered to the carrier, the customer must be charged the costs of transportation and cash on delivery which cannot be compensated. (b) Before sending the order, the company may confirm the details of the customer and the order by telephone and reserves the right to delay or refuse the execution of the order if there is a reasonable belief that the customer will withdraw from the order during delivery or will not pay the carrier in cash as provided. In this case the customer has the right to change the payment method. (c) In case of cash on delivery, the sales documents may be sent by post after receipt and payment of the order. (d) After the delivery of the product with cash on delivery, if the customer wishes to withdraw from the order then he is obliged to send an e-mail to the address: [email protected] stating his wish to do so and the reason for his withdrawal, as well as the details of the bank account he maintains (beneficiary name, account number, SWIFT code and IBAN) to which the product price money will be paid (not including cash on delivery costs).

The company guarantees the confidentiality of transactions on its part.

Note: Credit/debit card numbers and details are not stored or processed on the Website.

C. BANK DEPOSIT

By placing an order through the site and choosing the payment method "bank deposit", your order is put on hold until you make the deposit.
The deposit of the money should be made into a bank account within the next 2 working days. In case of non-deposit, your order may be canceled without notice. To avoid problems in the execution of your order, we will be at your disposal constantly until it is completed! Your name and order number must be stated in the reason for the deposit.
Then, you should send us the proof of deposit by email to [email protected]. If you cannot send us the receipt, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] with the deposit date, deposit bank, deposit number, order number, your full name and a contact phone number in the above e-mail. In the case of a bank deposit, the shipment takes place the day after the transaction is seen.

6. PRODUCT DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING COSTS

Product deliveries to destinations within Greece are made from Monday to Friday through courier companies ACS COURIER, ELTA COURIER, SPEEDEX and BOX NOW.

The delivery of the products takes place within 5 working days and depends on the completion of the order, the availability of the products, the place of shipment and the confirmation of the customer's details, the workload of the transport company and the time period.

After placing the order for shipment to Cyprus, it is carried out within 4 to 6 working days and depends on the completion of the order, the availability of the products, the place of shipment and the confirmation of the customer's details.

The order may be delayed for the following reasons:

A. In periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes as well as in case of force majeure, the execution of the order may be affected. Our company will contact the customer if they still wish to complete the order.

B. In case of registration of an inaccurate address and inaccurate methods of communication, as a result of which we cannot contact the buyer by any means.

Shipping charges are as follows

1. For shipments to land destinations with a total weight of up to 3 kg, the shipping costs are €3.50. For each additional kilo the fee is €1.40.
2. For shipments to island destinations with a total weight of up to 3 kg the transport costs are €3.50. For each additional kilo the fee is €1.50.
3. For shipments to hard-to-reach areas with a total weight of up to 3 kg, the shipping costs are €6.00. For each additional kilo the fee is €1.50.
4. In case you want delivery at a specific time or Saturday, an extra charge of €6.00 applies, and you should mention it to us with a relevant comment.

•  For orders over 39 euros, there is no additional charge for shipping costs. The only exception is the cash-on-delivery process in which the consumer is charged the amount of 2.0 euros.
•  For orders under 39 euros, there is an additional charge for shipping costs of 3.5 euros. In this case, if the consumer wishes to follow the repayment procedure by cash on delivery, then he is charged an additional amount of 2.0 euros.

The above mentioned charges apply to transfers within the country. Shipments to hard-to-reach areas and areas outside of Greece are excluded.

Our company may adjust the minimum cost limit for free shipping.

7. SUBSCRIPTION-RETURN OF PRODUCTS

The consumer is granted the right of withdrawal and return of the product within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products of the given order, without requiring a justification for his withdrawal. (Please keep the product receipt for confirmation). The return form is inside the package you receive. The product packaging from the manufacturer must not be tampered with (security tape intact) must be in its original (factory) condition as you received it.

In case of a problematic order due to our own fault (absence of products from the package, damaged-altered packaging, etc., defective product), the consumer must inform the company by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling 2333302033 and filling in the relevant form will find in the parcel (alternatively see above) may withdraw or replace the product by sending the incorrect or defective product. The consumer places the product in a secure box and places inside this package (a) the completed return form, (b) shipping slip-retail receipt-invoice of our company which were included in the delivery package of the product.

Step 3

The consumer sends the package through the courier agency from which he received the order, to the address: 31 Sofokli Venizelou Street, Alexandria Imathias, P.O. 59300.

The company is not responsible for damages that may arise from the non-execution of an order due to the fault of the consumer or the courier company.

* The cost of return is borne by the customer himself, unless the problem with the order was caused by the fault of our company. The cost of shipping in the event that a product is missing from the order is borne by our company.

In the case of withdrawal, the company guarantees the immediate refund of the money from the date it receives back the product or its immediate replacement if what was delivered does not correspond to the product ordered or is defective or the packaging is defective.

A necessary condition is that the product is in the same condition in which it was received by the consumer and that the consumer has the receipt document/invoice.

The refund of the price for the above case is done in the same way as the payment was made, except in the case of cash on delivery. In this case, the refund is made by depositing into the bank account of the consumer, who must inform the company of the exact details of his bank account and the institution that maintains it. The return price does not include shipping costs and courier charges for cash on delivery.

The user will be informed by email of the receipt of the product returned to our offices.

Competent courts for the resolution of any dispute that may arise in relation to the use of the website or for contracts drawn up through it are the courts of Veria.
