Anxiety\u2026 one word thousands of emotions. A psychological condition that many suffer from. Work, family, friends, economic and social status, health issues are some of the factors that influence it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To a point it is considered productive, as it helps us to evolve. But when the fine lines are crossed, the stress becomes intense. Of course, all this is reflected and perceived both in our behavior and in our body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Experiencing a stressful situation, our body produces a hormone called cortisol, which directly affects our skin, causing various negative ailments. Dark circles, dryness and acne are some of them. Annoying? Yes! Treatable? Of course yes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
