The company with the name "DIMITRIADIS G. - KARAOGLANOGLOU S.O.E." with the distinctive title "D2K OE EAU DE BEAUTE" and the website keep and process personal data that visitors-consumers voluntarily register on the website, always in accordance with the applicable provisions on the processing of personal data of a personal nature and under the use of security procedures. The aforementioned are accepted by visitors-consumers.

The information collected by the website regarding the Visitor's or User's navigation on the Website, such as the IP (Internet Protocol) address through which they access the Internet, the name of the Internet service provider, the pages they access while on the Website, the date and time of access, as well as the Internet address of the website from which the Website was directly connected, cookies may be used exclusively for the management and improvement of the Website.

Under no circumstances will the Company ask the User for bank account and tax information.

The website is directed to a general audience, not aimed at minors. Without prejudice to the specific provisions of this Personal Data Protection Policy, no personal information is subject to rental, sale, public posting or notification to other companies, organizations or websites.

Browsing our website does not require you to disclose your identity or provide personal information, unless you have previously given your express consent.

In order to be able to express interest in our services and receive a personalized offer or to receive informational material and any privileges from us or to be informed about any matter concerning you or the Company, you expressly accept the provision of your necessary personal information (Name, Telephone, e-mail and Address), by filling in the relevant contact form on our website.

   The visitor-consumer is responsible for the personal information he registers and its accuracy. In the event that incorrect or false information is found to have been submitted, our Company reserves the right to delete your information, reserving any further right. In the case of the transfer of personal information of third parties, it is your responsibility to have informed the person in question about the use of their information and to have secured their express consent.

Our Company sends newsletters to its users at regular intervals. In every newsletter you receive, you have the option to unsubscribe, with a relevant link at the end of the email (opt out).

The company fully complies with the provisions of Law 4624/2019 "Personal Data Protection Principle, implementing measures of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 for the protection of natural persons against the processing of personal data nature and incorporation into national legislation of Directive (EU) 2016/680 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 and other provisions" as applicable but also of the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as applicable, regarding with the protection of your personal data, in compliance with all the obligations arising from it, for the purpose of lawful and legitimate processing of your personal data. Your Data is transmitted to Consultants/Partner sellers of our Company in Greece in order to satisfy your request for the supply of the cosmetics of your preference and for the preparation of the relevant transaction.
